Istallation service includes following:

• Testing of your server environment for compatibility with the software
• New database setup
• CS-Cart software installation

After the service is purchased, the specialist will contact you and ask you to provide the following information to proceed with the installation:

• FTP access to your server (including your host or IP address, the username and the password)
• Access to your server control panel
• Access to your Database manager to setup a MySQL database
• CS-Cart skin name you wish to be activated in the front-end of your store

If your server is not compatible with the ecommerce software we will advise on what can be done to make it compatible or recommend alternative hosting company to consider. After the installation is completed, you will be sent a message with full access details to your newly installed shopping cart software. Usually it takes up to one business day to fulfill the service if no difficulties occur.

Please note, the installation service does not include the population of the stores inventory, configuration of any taxes, shipping or payment methods required. The specialists will not provide a custom store design as part of this service.

Template Installation Service

Template installation service includes:

• Template installation
• Customer logo and company name implementation to one of the template variation
• Setting up of all template configuration settings (to look the same as on demo)

The template installation service does not include the installation of any ecommerce software. The template installation service does not include the population of the stores inventory, configuration of any taxes, shipping or payment methods required. Our specialists will not provide a custom store design as part of this service.

Upgrades to newer releases are not included in the service.

The installation will be completed within one business day after we have received all the necessary information.

To proceed with the template installation we need:

• FTP access to your server (including your host or IP address, the username and the password)
• Access to your server control panel
• Access to your shopping cart admin area (URL to your adimn area, the username and the password)
• Your logo and company name
• Name of the template variation you are going to use
